Damages and Issues
We only make exceptions if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at shfashopcare@gmail.com if there is any issue. Be sure to include a description of the problem along with clear photos showing the damage so we can properly review and resolve the matter.
Refunds (Damaged Items Only)
If your refund is approved due to damage or defect, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
