Damages and Issues We only make exceptions in the event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us right away at shfashop123@gmail.com if there is an issue. Please include a description of the problem and photos of the damage so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds (For Damaged Items Only) If we approve a refund due to damage or a defect, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
